2024 - 2026 Golf Course Clubhouse Citizens' Advisory Committee

Important note for regarding the Jan. 12th meeting - Consultants and will present updates from the feasibility study update and concept alternatives related to a potential golf course clubhouse. Anyone who is interested is welcome to attend this public meeting. 

Notice of regular meeting schedule change: effective February, 2026, this citizens' advisory committee (CAC) will begin meeting at 5:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month. Please see this webpage for Zoom access information. 

How to attend meetings
Committee meetings take place in the Board room at the CPRD Administration Office at 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg. These are public meetings and therefore open to the public. Attend either in person or remotely using the Zoom information below, or watch the livestream on the CPRD YouTube page.

Sept. 25: CPRD Board of Directors approved a Contract for Consultant Services with YA Group-Ankrom Moisan for a Golf Course Clubhouse Feasibility Study, in an amount not to exceed $160,000.

Aug. 4: CPRD released the Request for Proposals for a feasibility study and design of a replacement clubhouse.

May 22: CPRD Board of Directors appointed Korie Asbell to the committee. 

Aug. 22: CPRD Board of Directors appointed Tony Roos to the committee. 

June 28 update: At its meeting on June 27, 2024, the Board of Directors appointed Jeff Dillon, Joe Fischer, Roger Kulman, Dennis Lewis, Tom Sheridan, Robert Travers to the new Chehalem Glenn Golf Course Clubhouse Citizens' Advisory Committee.
