Request for Proposals (RFP) for Consultant Services for Feasibility and Market Analysis for the Chehalem Glenn Golf Course Clubhouse

Chehalem Park and Recreation District (CPRD) is seeking a professional consultant team to provide design services for the concept design, market analysis and feasibility study for the replacement of the Chehalem Glenn Golf Course Clubhouse. 

To be considered for award, the submittal requirements of the Request for Proposal for Consultant Services must be met. These requirements can be found in Response Instructions. 

Consultants shall submit proposals based only on written information received directly from CPRD. Proposals may be submitted by interested Consultants to Chehalem Park and Recreation District until 1:00 p.m. local time, September 2, 2025.* Proposals will not be accepted after this time and date.

Project Milestones

• August 4, 2025 - Request for Proposal issued. Addendum No. 1 added Aug. 7th; Addendum No. 2 added Aug. 8th.
• 1 p.m. September 2, 2025 - Request for Proposal submission deadline* 
• September 5, 2025 - Anticipated review completion date
• September 25, 2025 - Anticipated date for consultant to be approved by Board
• October 3, 2025 - Anticipated signing date of contract

*NOTE: On August 4, 2025, CPRD released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Consultant Services for a Feasibility and Market Analysis for the Chehalem Glenn Golf Course Club House. It was recognized that the initial submission deadline for responses to the RFP fell on the Labor Day holiday, a day when CPRD administrative office are typically closed to the public. In recognition of this conflict, the schedule for submissions was updated to 1 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2025, and announced thusly in Addendum No. 2, released Aug. 8th and available for download on this webpage.
