Golf Course Clubhouse Feasibility Study

Project Name: Golf Course Clubhouse Feasibility Study
Project Description: At its meeting on Sept. 25, 2025, the Board of Directors unanimously approved a contract with Portland-based YA Group - Ankrom Moisan to conduct a golf course clubhouse feasibility and marketing study, the cost of which is not to exceed $160,000. The money for this study was raised through an added fee imposed on golfers at the course.
The scope of services includes pre-design services, conceptual design services including community engagement materials and three preliminary site lay out options with cost estimates, design development, plus a corresponding economic study, including prospective food and beverage options.

The study is anticipated to be completed by March 2026. If the Board then decides to move forward with construction of a new clubhouse at Chehalem Glenn Golf Course, how that could be funded will then have to be addressed.
