Board taps Portland firm for golf course clubhouse feasibility study

YA Group - Ankrom Moisan contracted to complete feasibility study on golf course clubhouse construction

At its Sept. 25th meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously approved a contract with Portland-based YA Group - Ankrom Moisan to conduct a golf course clubhouse feasibility and marketing study, the cost of which is not to exceed $160,000. The money for this study was raised through an added fee imposed on golfers at the course. 

The study is anticipated to be completed by March 2026. If the Board then decides to move forward with construction of a new clubhouse at Chehalem Glenn Golf Course, how that could be funded will then have to be addressed.
