Community School: Learning After the Bell

School’s out — but the fun’s just getting started! CPRD’s Community School program partners with local elementary schools to offer high-quality enrichment right on campus. From music and dance to STEM and creativity, each class gives kids a chance to learn, create, and connect in a safe, familiar setting.

Music and Performing Arts
Students learn technique, teamwork, and confidence while celebrating music from around the world.

Dance and Movement
From first steps to final bows, our Dance & Movement classes help kids discover the joy of performing. Students learn rhythm, coordination, and confidence while exploring choreography inspired by Broadway and ballroom styles — all in a setting that celebrates creativity and movement.

Stem & Lego Innovation

Discover, build, and explore! CPRD’s STEM & Innovation classes bring science, technology, engineering, art, and math to life through hands-on projects that spark curiosity and creativity.

This fall, we’re proud to partner with Journey to STEAM, a leading provider of interactive after-school programs designed to teach problem-solving through play and design.

Seasonal Lineup:

  • Fall – LEGO Game Makers: Design and build your own game-themed creations.
  • Winter – Mechanical Engineers: Explore movement, motion, and real-world mechanics.
  • Spring – Intro to Robotics & Outdoor Adventures: Learn how circuits, coding, and nature connect.

Programs are offered at select elementary schools each term.

CPRD partners with Journey to STEAM to bring these exciting STEM programs to local schools.
Registration is handled directly by Journey to STEAM.

Financial Aid & Support

Every child deserves the chance to discover what they love. CPRD’s Financial Aid Program helps remove cost barriers so more families can enjoy our Community School classes.

To request assistance, please complete a Financial Aid Form before registering.

Financial assistance is limited and awarded based on available funding.
