BUDGET HEARING ANNOUNCEMENT - A public meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on May 22nd at the Administration Office Building at 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 as approved by the CPRD Budget Committee. The meeting will livestream on the CPRD YouTube channel. A summary of the budget and the committee-approved budget are located along with other budget files, both at right and at bottom of this webpage.
PLEASE NOTE: A revised proposed budget document was released on April 7th. This revised proposed budget is now available, along with a memo detailing the explanation of the updates, from this webpage.

The Budget Committee includes ten people: the elected Board of (five) Directors, plus five committee members whom the Board appoints. Terms are three years. In order to be eligible to serve on the committee, a candidate must be a U.S. citizen, a registered voter, and live within the geographic boundaries of the District. All citizen ad hoc committees must agree to the committee policies adopted by the CPRD Board of Directors on Jan. 25, 2024 (See document at bottom and at right.).
