Trainer Sara Grove 
Strength & Conditioning class gives the participants:
- Instruction from a certified personal fitness trainer.
 - The knowledge of lifting with good form and putting safety as their highest priority.
 - How to perform the different types of lifts.
 - How to structure a routine in the gym.
 - Basic knowledge of muscles groups
 - Learn the terms that are applied to safe &effective resistance training.
 
Tuesday's 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm 
                      OR
Thursday's 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
 
Cost: $25.00 per person - Register at the front desk
If you have already taken our orientation with our trainers then the cost is only $10.00 since you paid for the orientation.
Personal Training
Karen Maas is a certified Personal Trainer available to assist you in achieving your personal health and fitness goals. Work on developing cardiovascular health, and improving muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.
