Nutrition 101 classes
Trainer Sara Grove
Nutrition 101 classes are a fun interactive 2 1/2 hour class that will teach you:
- How to better use food as fuel
- Different methods to eat and improve your overall well being
- How to read and dissect food labels to help you succeed
Tuesday's
1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
OR
4:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Two different class times, only need to attend one class
Cost: $30.00 per person in district or $35.00 per person out-of-district - Register at the front desk
Weight Class with Joseph
Geared towards 14-17 year old
Three, one-hour classes in the weight room with Joseph on Mon/Wed/Fri, 3:30 - 4:30 pm after school
Begins January 5, 2026
Sign up for as many weeks as you like, each week (3 classes) cost
$45.00 in district/$55.00 out-of-district
