March 2015 - CPRD hired Scott Edwards Architecture as architect 

April & May 2015 - Community feedback meetings 

June 2015 - CPRD hired Triplett Wellman as Phase I GM/GC

Late May through winter 2015 - Conceptual and schematic building design

Winter - Spring 2016 - Land use review and approval, design development of building

Summer 2016 - Complete construction documents, permit submittal

October 16, 2016 - Groundbreaking ceremony held

Oct. 27, 2016 - CPRD Board of Directors voted to authorize the Superintendent to sign the contract with Triplett Wellman,  to provide the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is not to exceed $18 million. 

October 28, 2016 - Construction work is ready to begin. Triplett Wellman work trailer is now on site.

December 2016 - Site clearing and grading well underway. Trees removed.

January 2016 - Hole has been dug for new leisure pool. Heavy rains delay work but it presses on whenever possible.

November 2017 - Public meeting held on Phase II: Renovation of the fitness center.

February 2018 - Decks are poured. Competition pool is filled with water to test the concrete walls. Tile is installed in restrooms and showers, and on spa.

March 2018 - Pools are filled. Dropslide and bulkhead are installed.

May 29, 2018 - Doors open for business.

June 7, 2018 - Grand Opening Ceremony

October 2018 - Babe Nicklous Pool Park playground installed
