Accidental Fecal/vomit release protocol (AFR): Per OHA & CDC the entire pool must immediately be cleared. *Patrons must remain out of the water until management gives the all clear* Staff will skim out all the debris and raise Chlorine levels to appropriate level to kill all germs. Diarrheal discharge cancels all programming for 24 hours. Aquatic management will verify cancelation of current and future programs. If the AFR occurs within the first 45 minutes of the swim time, the front desk will have courtesy coupons available for those who would like to pick one up on their way out.
