CPRD Adult Disc Golf Programs

The main objective for building a disc golf program is to bring a safe, accessible, low cost activity to the community!  It must be something the whole community can utilize.  We want to be able to promote the social, physical and mental benefits of Disc Golf!

Players can expect to learn the difference between a hyzer, back hand, fore hand, tomahawk and how to properly execute them.  Other training topics include the "X-step,' or cross step, push putt, spin putt, how to shape a disc, disc selection/balancing, proper etiquette, safety and more.  Clinics include a PDGA approved disc.
