We will be draining our leisure pool this year for maintenance.
 

August 26 - September 15 with the locker rooms being closed for at least a week during this time frame (Comp pool will still be open and all patrons will enter through the comp pool side doors for lap swims like last time)

 

Lap & Lazy River Fitness Swim - (Please note this time is for lap swimming/exercise, not play.)

  • Leisure Pool
  • Three 20 yard lanes available in 3.5' of water.
  • Lazy River, Vortex & Deep Tank
  • Water temperature is about 85*F.
  • Spa (Hot Tub) is Available

Fall schedule 

Monday - Friday   5:15 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Monday/Wednesday 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.    (Deep Tank Unavailable) 
Monday  7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

  • Main pool, up to eight 25 yard/meter lanes available in 6'7" of water depth
  • Stretch pool, up to four-five 20 yard lanes 
  • Water temperature is about 81*F

Senior Citizen/Disabilities Swim

  • Leisure Pool
  • This is a relaxing hour for senior swimmers or persons with disabilities. 
  • Enjoy the water (leisure pool at about 85*F) without crowds of public swimmers or fast-paced lap swimmers. 
  • Swim laps, water walk, or fitness walk against the lazy river current.  
  • Aqua-jog in "The Deep Tank".
  • Spa (Hot Tub) is available.
  • Navigate into and out of the water via easy access stairwells, zero depth pathway or handicap lift (300 pound capacity). 
  • Lap area may be shared with swim lessons.

Water Exercise Classes 

SUP Yoga

  • Yoga on a Stand-Up-Paddleboard

Shallow Water X 
  • Competition Pool - Stretch End
  • Water Exercise is a total fitness program. 
  • Participants work at their own pace. 
  • NO swimming ability is required. 
  • All exercises are done in shallow water. 
  • Water resistance equipment is used.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.                              
 
Deep Water X 
  • Leisure Pool - Deep Tank
  • Exercise in deep water with the aid of a “jogging belt”.
  • A zero impact class that works with the water’s resistive properties.
  • Water resistance equipment is used.
Monday - Friday                     9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.                             
Monday/Wednesday  6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. 
Tuesday/Thursday  5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
 
Lazy River Workout 
  • Leisure Pool - Lazy River
  • Work on core, stability and balance in the river's moving water.
  • Finish the workout with gentle aqua-yoga.

High Intensity w/ Strength Training
  • Competition Pool - Stretch End
  • Work out at a more intense level with a focus on 45-minutes of aerobic activity.
