2025 Community Input Survey Results released

Thank you to everyone who participated in the community input survey conducted by CPRD in fall of 2025. A total of 829 responses were collected between Sept. 19th and Oct. 31st. The report accessible from this webpage provides a description of the survey's objectives, methods used to gather survey responses, an executive summary describing survey results, and a full publication of the survey questions and answers.
