CPRD Vaccination, Testing & Face Covering Policy

Effective January 13, CPRD's Vaccination, Testing and Face Covering Policy is no longer in effect.

All staff must continue to follow the requirements of agencies at federal, state, and local levels that have governing authority over our operations in relation to COVID. CDC and OHA Guidance for Exposures and Positive Testing still applies. Note that although this policy is now rescinded, it is possible that a different policy could be enacted at a future time; we will keep you informed if this occurs.

Please see your supervisor if you have questions as to how this may relate to your specific job duties.

CPRD staff with hiring authority should continue to submit copies of vaccination cards for all newly hired and rehired employees to the CPRD Administrative Coordinator if available; however, at this time, this is not required.
