2024 CPRD Adult City League Basketball (Winter)

6) Find "2024 CPRD Newberg City League Hoops"   

City League is a competitive league that plays on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Mountain View Middle School gymnasium. Players must be 16 year of age or older to play.  Total cost for the season (8 games) is $700. 

Each team must have a minimum of 7 players per roster. A team roster must still be submitted to the Aquatic Center prior to 3/18/24.  Please provide a game ball if listed as the home team.

League play is scheduled to begin 4/01/24. Game schedules will be released the week of 3/25/24. 

Games will be scheduled at the following times on Mondays and Wednesdays:  6:15 pm, 7:10 pm , 8:05 pm and 9:00 pm.

Schedules, scores and any schedule changes will be posted on CPRD website.

• Federal Law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking or vaping on public property.  This includes the parking lot!
• Refer to the CPRD Adult City League Basketball Rules for further details or questions (see blue button above).
• No food, pets or drinks allowed (only water) in gymnasium.
• If school is closed, games will not be played.
• Children and spectators must remain seated in bleachers.
• Players that have not signed a roster will not be allowed on the court.
• Players must have a number on their shirt (front/back preferred).
• Violation of basic rules can result in a technical or suspension from the league.
• Technical count will be kept. 
• Games shall consist of two (2) twenty minute running time halves (except for timeouts, injuries and the last two minutes of the game (if losing team is within 10 pts).
