Board of Directors Meeting

The following were added on Oct. 20, 2025:

• Amended Agenda - Amended to add Item VI. F. Consent Agenda item requesting authorization of Brown & Brown to act as insurance agent of record for CPRD;
• Addendum A regarding Item VI. F. requesting authorization of Brown & Brown to act as insurance agent of record for CPRD;
• Addendum B regarding Ewing Young Bridge Project and updated comments from Mr. Ed Fredenburg, submitted after packet release.
