REGISTRATION & RESERVATIONS

Whether you’re hosting a children’s birthday party or a large professional
event, you can find the right space for a reasonable price among the facilities
available for rental throughout Chehalem Park and Recreation District.
Park shelters, large halls, multipurpose rooms, and meeting rooms are
available for large and small groups such as clubs, reunions, graduation,
weddings, Quinceañeras, conferences and business meetings. Facilities range
from large venues such as Chehalem Armory to meeting rooms in various
CPRD facilities, many with kitchen amenities.
Reservations are taken starting January 2nd for each calendar year. Park
shelters are available for rental May 1 through Sept. 30 only.

You can register for programs and activities online, by phone, or in person at
the front counter inside Chehalem Aquatic and Fitness Center. You can also
reserve facilities and park shelters by phone or in person (not online) at the
same location.

PARK SHELTERS
Parks themselves are open to the public and therefore cannot be reserved,
but park shelters and, in some cases, unsheltered tables can be rented for
exclusive use. Park shelters are available for rental May 1 through Sept.
30. Parks are winterized October through April and may not have tables
accessible. During the rental period, park open areas are usually available
and park shelters are available if not reserved by another party.
