PUBLIC NOTICE
CPRD BOARD OF DIRECTORS - POTENTIAL QUORUM

There will be a potential quorum of Chehalem Park and Recreation District Board of Directors at the following event:

Event: City, County, Local Government Dinner
Date: Nov. 5, 2025
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Chehalem Cultural Center
                415 E. Sheridan St., Newberg, OR 97132

A quorum of the Board may be in attendance; this is not a Board meeting, and no deliberations or decisions will be conducted by the CPRD Board of Directors during this gathering.
