2025 Newberg Youth Football

Newberg Youth Football is a proud member of the Tualatin Valley Youth Football League. Registration opens May 1, 2025 for youth tackle football players entering grades 3rd-8th.

Registration may be completed online at www.newbergyouthfootball.com (blue button above). Registration must be completed by July 18, 2025.

Who:

3rd - 4th (combined grades)
5th - 6th (combined grades)
7th Grade (7th Grade, JV Team)
8th Grade (8th Grade Only, Varsity)

Cost:

$325, Registration Fee
Sibling Discount, $100 per player
After 7/18/24, potential players will be placed on wait list

When:

Registration opens May 1, 2025, on the Newberg Youth Football website.
Conditioning week begins Monday, August 4, 2025
Games begin Saturday, September 6, 2025

How:

Complete OSAA physical. Athlete's OSAA physical form must be signed by physician and is the ONLY medical document accepted by NYF for league participation. Completed physical form must be turned before gear distribution or at gear distribution for player to receive their gear. Form is located in supporting documentation or on the NYF website.

Items above must all be completed in order to participate in the 2024 tackle football season

Gear Distribution for Tackle Football Players Only:

Gear distribution will take place at the CPRD District Office located at 125 S. Elliott Road.

Players wanting to use personal equipment (helmet, shoulder pads or pants) must bring equipment at time of gear handout for inspection before player will be allowed to use equipment. Equipment purchased after gear distribution must be inspected by Newberg Youth Football prior to use.

Important Season Information:

Conditioning Week Begins: Monday, August 4, 2025

Practice times determined by coaches once conditioning week ends and teams are split. Practices for all grades will be held at the Darnell Wright Sport Complex.

First Games: Saturday, September 6, 2025
