We will be draining our leisure pool this year for maintenance.
 

August 26 - September 15 with the locker rooms being closed for at least a week during this time frame (Comp pool will still be open and all patrons will enter through the comp pool side doors for lap swims like last time)

Leisure Pool 

The amenities of the leisure pool include:

• The Little Lagoon: Terraced stairs into 18" of water complete with dumping buckets, fire engine with water canons and a slide, and  a squirting fire hydrant for little tykes (ages 6 years and younger). Adult (in the water) supervision required.
• Vortex: Round and round you go fast or slow in a swirling whirl pool of 3.5 feet of water. Participants must be water activity safe. 
• Lazy River: Float, swim, run, or walk in 3.5 feet of water; look out for the overhead fountains. Participants mush be water activity safe.
• The Tank: It's deep ... 12.5 feet deep complete with diving board, two climbing walls (climb to the top and plunge into the pool below) and a drop slide. Participants must be water activity safe.
• General Recreation Area: This is the "lap lane" (3.5 feet of water) area of the pool with a tot dock (permanent table for little ones - about 2.0 feet deep). Floating mats, noodles, logs are added for additional water fun.
• Spa - Hot Tub: Is for our adult guests.

Spa - Hot Tub

The spa - hot tub is located on pool deck as an insert to the leisure pool and is raised above deck level.  Reserved for our adult guests; it seats fifteen and is maintained at a temperature of 102*F.  Before using the spa - hot tub please check with your physician if you have medical concerns such as high blood pressure or diabetes.  Read all posted rules; the spa - hot tub is available when a lifeguard posted. Please shower before entering; use spa - hot tub at your own risk.
 

Locker Rooms, Sauna and Showers 

Saunas - Our wet/dry saunas are located in each of the main locker rooms (and are reserved for our adult guests) with a temperature range of 160 – 190 *F.  Check with your physician if you have medical concerns prior to use. A water bucket is located in each sauna. Please shower before using, and sit on your personal towel (we ask that you do not pour water on the thermostat).

Showers - Located in each locker room is a bay of five showers, two privacy showers and a single ADA stall with a privacy curtain. The aquatic center also has four ADA compliant "universal change rooms" complete with shower, sink, and toilet. Two additional showers are also located on pool deck.
 

Party and Meeting Rooms

The Aquatic wing has two rooms for parties and meetings. Rent alone before or after your very own pool party. Amenities includes TV, dry erase board, refrigerator, sink and microwave.  We ask that you rent a classroom for a minimum of 1.5 hours which includes a 15 minute set-up time, a one hour party time followed by a 15 minute clean up time. You are welcome to rent for more than this if it's available.  Costs are below. 

• Small Classroom         Seats 12          $50/hour ($75.00 for an hour and a half)
• Large Classroom         Seats 30          $75/hour ($112.50 for an hour and a half)
• Both Classrooms         Seats 50          $100/hour ($150.00 for an hour and a half)
      (Folding wall opens to an "L" shaped room)
• Refundable $50 cleaning deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.
• NOTE: There is no out-of-district fee for classroom or patio rental.
   

Pool Patio 

The patio is a fenced area that features umbrella picnic tables, ping pong tables (bring your own paddles and balls),  and a grassy area for tanning.  The patio is accessed through the leisure pool doors and is located on the south side of the building. Enjoy this area free of charge while in attendance of any of our drop in programs. On warm summer days the big bay doors of the leisure pool will be open to the patio area. This area is one of the few places where you can enjoy your personal snacks and beverages. Patio rentals are available from May – September and makes a wonderful addition to any pool party or special event. Rent alone or in conjunction with your very own pool party. Great for cake and ice cream, picnic, or pot luck. Rent by the hour (be sure to include set up and clean up time).

• Rental fee is $75/hr (one hour minimum).
• Patio will close at dusk or as facility schedule permits.
• Refundable $50 cleaning deposit required at the time the reservation is made.
• NOTE: There is no out-of-district fee for classroom or patio rental.
   

Jim McMaster Competition Pool

The Jim McMaster competition pool is an 8 lane pool with a 20 yard lined warm-up/cool-down area in the "stretch pool" or end section on the "other side" of the bulkhead. This  movable bulkhead allows for four different anchor points including 25 yard and 25 meter applications. The competition pool is 6'7" in depth with the stretch pool ranging in depth from 4 feet to approximately 5 feet in depth. The pool temperature is 81*F. The north side of the pool has bleachers that seat about 300 and the facility timing system and scoreboard are by Daktronics. The competition pool has it's own team/event entrance and vestibule as well as its own locker rooms and deck showers.
