Low Impact Aerobics
This class is great for the beginner or for those who may have compromised joints. (We encourage water-x folks to give this class a try).

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga, not following a specific yoga philosophy, is a great way to stretch the upper body and core! Posture and breathing are so important, and modifications can be adapted as needed. Please bring a water bottle, and if you like to work without shoes, please wear socks, since we are in a public building space. Come get an overall relaxing workout!

Full Body Stretch
Full Body Stretch, in the fitness studio, is just that -- we start with dynamic, standing stretches, moving into static stretches on mats on the floor. Everything is controlled and adjusted for stretches for your own body's flexibility. We have mats, or bring your own - definitely bring a water bottle. See you there!

Barre Fusion™
Barre Fusion is a totally unique approach to Barre workouts as you’ve seen them.  Fusing the best of aerobic cardio movement, Pilates, yoga and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do with basic Barre technique.

Zumba®
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Once the Latin And World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness Classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Vinyasa  Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links breath to movement.  Each class begins with a gradual warm-up, preparing for a flow that allows you to strengthen and stretch your body.   Suitable for intermediate level and beginners who are ready to move, breathe, and find out what their bodies can do! Safety and alignment are always a priority and options are provided for many poses to help set students up for success.  Optional props to bring: Blocks, yoga strap, and a blanket for savasana.

Barre Tone & Stretch
Barre Above™ incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training.  You don’t need to worry about dance experience.  Classes include modifications to suit your own fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.

Gentle Hatha Yoga
A gentle yoga practice that focuses on linking movement and breath in order to clear the body of stagnant energy. Suitable for beginners and yoga practitioners of all levels.

Yin Yoga with Meditation
A slow and mindful yoga practice.  Poses are held for longer periods of time and props are often integrated in order to release tension deep within the connective tissue.  Mindfulness prompts are offered throughout the practice and it ends with an extended savasana/guided meditation.  Suitable for beginners and anyone seeking to deepen their mind-body connection.

Strength & Burn
Intermediate to advanced level full body strength training with various tabata like cardio mixed in.  Challenging with variability that allows for all muscles to be worked.  Offering modification options.

HIGH Fitness
HIGH FITNESS: Modern aerobics to music you know and love.  Experience the results of high intensity interval training while having fun. Strategic mix of cardio, strength training, and barre to maximize effectiveness of workout. Options available for every fitness level, so give it a try and see if you don’t feel stronger after one month.

Hip Hop
Beginner/Intermediate level
No dance experience required and all ages are welcome!  Instructor will break down the moves and steps so everyone can dance and feel a good cardio workout!

Meditation for Everyone
In this class, you will learn from John Records, a seasoned meditation teacher who has over 40 years of experience in several traditions. John has taught meditation at OHSU School of Nursing, the JFK University Graduate program in Integral Studies, and at several social work grad schools.
John will share with you the shortcuts to meditation that he has used and refined over the years. These are simple and effective techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere, to calm your mind, relax your body, and enhance your well-being. You can use these shortcuts individually or combine them to create your own personalized meditation practice. Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for a long time, you will find something valuable and inspiring in this class. You will also get the chance to meet like-minded people and share your experiences and insights.

Beg/Inter Step Class

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.  The class will start with a warm-up, proceed to step patterns, and end with a cool-down and stretch.

Mat Pilates

This is a traditional Mat Pilates practice focused on increasing and maintaining mobility, core strength and spine health. This is a medium intensity high impact class which incorporates intentional breath work to target smaller muscles of the core enhancing your overall strength.  Joseph Pilates said, "If you have a stiff spine at age 30 you are old and if you have a flexible spine at age 60 you are young."  We can stay young no matter our age through the movements and exercises of mat Pilates.
