In addition to these committee members, the CPRD Board of Directors also serves on the Budget Committee.
The Budget Committee has two openings for two expiring terms. Terms are from when appointed (tentatively scheduled for April 2015) to 2017 – 18. Committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors. In order to be eligible to serve on the Budget Committee, a candidate must be a U.S. citizen, a registered voter, and live within the geographic boundaries of the District.
Applications must be received by 5 p.m. on March 20, 2015. Applications may be downloaded here, or picked up at Chehalem Aquatic and Fitness Center at 1802 Haworth Ave., or CPRD Administration Office at 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg. Completed applications may be dropped off at either location or submitted by email to email@example.com.

NOTICE OF CPRD BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Chehalem Park and Recreation District, Yamhill County State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 will be held at 6 p.m. on the 7th day of April 2015, at the CPRD Administration Building at 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg, Oregon.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments on the budget from the public. This is a public meeting in which deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 1st, 2015 at the CPRD Administration Building at 125 S. Elliott Road in Newberg, Oregon, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Pursuant to ORS 294.401(5) this information will be available on this webpage.
2014 - 15 Budget
A summary of the (proposed, now approved) 2014 - 15 budget is presented below, in the Form LB-1. A copy of the detailed budget may be inspected or obtained at Administrative Office 125 S. Elliott Road between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year.
